Sabato ho preparato questa deliziosa pasta....molto semplice ma al tempo stesso particolare per l'aggiunta della crema di burro con Tartufi estivi......

Among other things last night at my cooking class we made some real delights ..... I can not wait for freshly prepared at home and to convey to these greedy ..... sweet creations and salt ...............
Ingredients:
125 gr. of garganelli
40 gr. dried porcini mushrooms
150 ml. cream
Preparation:
Soak mushrooms until let them soak, drain and place them on a pan Ceramic Pedrini . Add the Butter Cream with Summer Truffles , and after a few minutes the cream (if the cream would be too dense add a few tablespoons of pasta cooking water. Boil in salted water garganelli, al dente drain and pour into the pan. Make the sauce and mix well served .... A pleasure to add some grated parmesan.
