It 's the first of a trilogy and I discovered thanks to Artemisia, his blog (The Wise Woman Cottage) is one of my favorites.
E 'Victorian Gothic, the girl who speaks is seventeen and although it is recommended to an age much younger than my own (^^), I find it to my "old age" is that you can understand When you understand the behavior and limitations of the daughter and mother.
I liked? Very much. I look forward to reading the sequel. We live in the dark atmosphere of a Victorian college for young ladies, between magic, dreams, needs, love, despair and passion. If
dovessi consigliarlo però lo indicherei adatto a chi ama il gotico, l'epoca vittoriana e soprattutto storie di magia, da non confondere con il fantasy, qui elfi e folletti non trovano posto.
E soprattutto a chi abbia superato i venti anni.
